We are a different type of salon, PLEASE READ THE POLICIES BELOW THOROUGHLY before your appointment. Because we are a truly natural salon you may not receive instant results depending on the condition of your hair. Our methods take time. It is like dieting or exercising. Going to the gym once or eating one salad won't put much of a dent in your goals. The same can be said for natural hair. Please come with an open mind and patience. If you follow our methods, give us the time we need the results can be unbelievably amazing.
Appointments
A credit card will be required to secure all appointments.
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult not receiving a service unless consent is given in writing prior to the appointment. Additionally, minor children are not allowed on the salon floor or in the lobby while an adult is receiving services. You will be charged $75 and asked to reschedule.
Please do not bring guests with your to your appointment. This includes spouses, friends or children. Our salon and our lobby are not designed to accommodate more people than are scheduled to receive services. Only parents with minor children receiving services will be permitted to remain in the salon.
If you arrive to your appointment with wet hair you will be charged an additional $30.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we ask that you do so 24 hours before your appointment time. If an appointment is not cancelled 24 hours before the appointment time or if a no show occurs, you will be charged a $150 fee for color services and a $75 fee for all other services with the credit card on file. If you decide to not go through with your appointment after your consultation you will be charged a $75 consultation fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Damaged hair
If you have hair that has been damaged due to relaxer, texturizer, keratin treatment, color, heat, extensions, braids or neglect. We will do all that we can to help you transition into healthy hair. We are here to help! Please be patient and understand that it can take several visits and haircuts to reach your hair goals. CONDITIONING TREATMENTS are intended as a luxury for hair that is either already healthy or has experience minimal trauma such as going to the beach, winter dryness, etc. NOT to repair severely damage hair from relaxers texturizers, keratin treatments, color, heat, extensions, braids or neglect. We are a TRULY NATURAL SALON. We do not have the tools or practice the methods to create faux curls.

All services are non-refundable if you have an issue with your service please let us know within 72 hours and we will attempt to rectify the situation. We reserve the right to refuse this courtesy at our discretion.
