AGREEMENTS
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. There are no exceptions. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged in full. This includes: ILLNESS, TRAVEL, & WEATHER related cancellations.
- Accepted forms of cancellation include:

- Follow the "manage appointment" link found in your confirmation email.
- If flying in for an appointment please do not book a departing flight the same day as your appointment.
- Failure to follow our Preparation Instructions will result in additional fees or immediate cancellation of your service. You will be charged in full for the appointment. No exceptions.
- Failure to confirm your appointment via text or email may result in an immediate cancellation. You will be charged for the appointment.
- We are unable to service children at this time unless they are children of our existing clients.
- A credit card on file will be required to secure all appointments.
- No guests during your appointment. This includes friends, family, spouse, partners, or children.
- No food is allowed in the salon. We do have beverages available for our guests. Please plan accordingly. Small snacks are permitted.
- Services are non-refundable. If you have an issue please contact us within 72 hours and we will attempt to rectify the situation. We reserve the right to refuse this courtesy at our discretion.
- No returns on open or used products.
- No video or Zoom calls permitted in the salon at any time. This includes our lobby.
