Policies
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. There are no exceptions. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged in full.
- Accepted forms of cancellation include:

- Follow the "manage appointment" link found in your confirmation email.
- Failure to follow our Preparation Instructions will result in additional fees or immediate cancellation of your service. You will be charged in full for the appointment. No exceptions.
- Failure to confirm your appointment via text or email may result in an immediate cancellation. You will be charged for the appointment.
- A credit card on file will be required to secure all appointments.
- No guests during your appointment. This includes children.
- No food is allowed in the salon. We do have beverages available for our guests. Please plan accordingly.
- Services are non-refundable. If you have an issue please contact us within 72 hours and we will attempt to rectify the situation. We reserve the right to refuse this courtesy at our discretion.
- No returns on open or used products.
- No video or Zoom calls permitted in the salon at any time. This includes our lobby.
