CLIENT AGREEMENTS
The following agreements between our salon and our guests are vital to ensure a successful curly hair appointment with us. This helps us to continue to maintain a high level of service as well as create a healthy environment for all who call our salon home, including our guests. Please read carefully as these policies are vital to having a positive experience with our salon. These are non-negotiable and must be followed if you wish to be a patron of our establishment. SchedulingAll appointments must be scheduled in-salon or online at evanjosephsalon.com A valid credit card is required to hold an appointment at our salon. Cancelations We have a 24 hour cancelation policy. Any cancelations or rescheduling that occurs less than 24 hours before the original scheduled appointment time is consider a "late cancel" & will result in you being charged in full to the credit card on file for the rescheduled or canceled appointment. Appointment PreparationAll guest are required to follow our preparation instructions. Failure to follow these instructions will result in additional fees or the immediate "late cancel" of your service. You will be charged in full for the appointment. No exceptions. ReschedulingIf you need to reschedule an appointment please
Rescheduling later than 24 hours before the original appointment time will be considered a "late cancel" you will be charged in full. Email, phone or social media messages are not accepted forms of communication & may result in a "late cancel" fee. ConfirmationsAutomated confirmation messages are sent out via text & email 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. It is important to respond to these confirmations. Any unconfirmed appointments will be considered a "late cancel" you will be charged in full. Service RefundsAll Services are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your service, please contact us within 72 hours and we will be happy to offer a solution. All adjustments to cuts or colors must be performed within 1 week of the original service. *We reserve the right to refuse this courtesy at our discretion. GuestsPlease do not bring guest with you to your appointment. This includes friends, family, spouse, partners or children. Our facility is only designed to accommodate those receiving services. |
Phone/Video CallsVideo calls of any sort are not permitted in the salon or waiting areas including work meetings. This includes speaker phone calls. If you do need to take a call while in the salon we ask that you do so quickly and quietly. If you must step out please check with your service provider to make sure there is time to do so. Traveling GuestWe kindly ask that if you are traveling to see us that you do not book departing flights or travel the same day as your appointment. Product ReturnsNo returns or exchanges on open or used products. Must return within one week of purchase. Food & BeverageWe offer complimentary coffee, water & tea to our guest. Outside food from restaurants or food delivery services are not permitted. We know our services can be long so please plan accordingly. Small snacks that do not affect your stylists ability to work or the experience of other guest are permitted. If you are hungry or unsure, please ask and we will be happy to accommodate you. |
